The impeccably clean room with a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient gas fireplace was greatly enjoyed.

The atmosphere here was really cool. My room was stylishly decorated and super clean, plus it had a fun ping-pong table and cozy gas fireplace 🏓🔥. The staff were all really friendly and knew their stuff.

Great location with awesome views! This place is close to cool stuff like a tower and a theater 🏰. You can easily walk to the downtown area where you'll find restaurants and even a zoo nearby.

Great location nestled in the mountains with stunning views of the lake. It's close enough to the lake, as well as the historic downtown and ski parks, making it super convenient. Plus, you're just a stone's throw away from the downtown area, where you'll find plenty of awesome restaurants to dine at. 🏞️

Particularly good location for Big Bear Lake, not far from historic downtown parks. Brand-new and large room with exceptionally comfortable bed, a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a dining area. Extra care from the exceptionally nice staff.

The hotel's position was favourable, near all important sites. I thoroughly enjoyed having 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed in the room, that was brand-new too.

My stay was really great for a family vacation. The location was awesome - near to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, the center of Big Bear. It was 5 minutes’ drive from Big Bear Lake. I liked the hotel overall.
